From her hometown of Durban, South Africa, Penny provides advisory and training services to clients predominantly in sub-Saharan Africa, the US and the UK, specialising in the application of behavioural science insights to creating workplace environments in which people become their best selves. Compliance professionals from over 90 countries have attended her webinars on topics related to ethics, anti-corruption, fraud awareness, the management of whistleblowing and the application of behavioural science to compliance. Writer with an international audience on topics at the intersection of employee ethics and engagement, the leadership of ethics and anti-corruption compliance requirements, Penny has supported many professional bodies in the delivery of ethics, fraud and corruption-related content for CPD/CEU purposes to their members. Examples include the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Compliance Institute of Southern Africa (CISA), SA Board of People Practices (SABPP), South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), and the Institute of Internal Auditors Southern Africa (IIA), amongst others. Penny is the principal author of the Specialist Certificate in International Anti-Corruption Compliance offered by the International Compliance Association (ICA) and the leading professional body for the global regulatory and financial crime compliance community. She serves as a subject matter expert for the ICA.
